BCI® Joists are manufactured to precise
specifications using VERSA-LAM® laminated timber flanges bonded to
an oriented stand board (OSB) web, the use of these materials avoids
the inherent problems that plague solid timber such as shrinking and
twisting, all of which contribute to squeaking floors.
